ThriveDesk Now Integrates With Wix & Introduces Conversation Priority

ThriveDesk already integrates with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Envato, SureCart and Freemius. Now, they have released an integration with Wix and a new priority system.

Once installed, you will see a Wix widget that displays a customer’s purchase history and order details. Your support agents can even fulfil orders directly from the helpdesk. They can also search for specific orders and view purchased products and services.

ThriveDesk has also introduced a new priority system that allows you to prioritize conversations manually or through workflow automation, hence the name. Support agents can finally categorize incoming tickets based on their urgency and importance.

This feature is also integrated with workflow automation. This means that specific criteria and rules can be defined to automatically assign priority levels to incoming tickets, e.g. urgent enquiries from VIP customers or tickets containing the word “refund” in the subject or body can be assigned a high priority level.
