ThriveDesk Rolls Out New API & WP Portal
After announcing a SureCart integration last month, the developers at ThriveDesk have just announced some more exciting news. The customer support platform has just released its own API and WP Portal.
WP Portal & API
The new WP Portal is a custom DIY communication portal for WordPress that allows your customers to start new conversations and view their message history. It also comes with built-in access to your knowledgebase. Search allows users to self-diagnose their issues before they need to submit a ticket.
Please note that the WP Portal is available to all customers with a Pro subscription.
Finally, ThriveDesk has released its own API that allows you to connect the helpdesk to third party tools and services.
