You can now import YouTube videos directly into Kai’s knowledge base, enabling your AI to answer questions using your existing product walkthroughs, tutorials and webinars.

Simply drop in a single (public) video or a full playlist. Each video will then be analysed frame-by-frame and end-to-end by Kai, with no need for transcripts to be uploaded or for manual chapter tagging. This means that Kai can understand not just what is said, but also what is shown on screen.

Take a look at the benefits:

  • Support for single videos and playlists.
  • Smart Chapters: Each video is automatically broken down into chapters with titles, timestamps, summaries, key facts and standout quotes.
  • Visual understanding: Kai recognises what is demonstrated on screen, such as UI elements, diagrams and code, not just spoken audio.

Sound interesting? Take Gleap for a spin today and take your customer support to the next level.
