MyAlice just added a new reopen past ticket feature and improved performance as well as Instagram Feed support to their customer service helpdesk for WooCommerce and Shopify.
Reopen Past Tickets
You are now finally able to reopen past tickets. Simply select a resolved ticket and click on “Reopen” in the top-right corner of your inbox to follow up with customers.
Instagram Feed Support
You don’t have to switch between your helpdesk and Instgram social apps anymore. Simply add your Instagram feed to MyAlice and connect with your followers.
Here’s what you can do:
- Respond to comments on one or multiple Instagram accounts directly from within your MyAlice inbox.
- Reply to users privately via Instagram DMs.
- Hide or delete sensitive comments.
- Create chatbots and rules to auto-respond to user comments.
- Manage messages, comments, and ecommerce orders from other channels in the same inbox.
MyAlice also integrates with Facebook Feed, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, WhatsApp Business, Viper, Telegram, and Line. Oh, and there’s a live chat too!
Additionally, they have also improved the user experience in their mobile apps for iOS and Android and the new Product Recommender feature.
