MyAlice Announces BetterDocs Integration
MyAlice just introduced an exciting new integration with BetterDocs, the popular knowledge base plugin for WordPress, to their customer service helpdesk for WooCommerce and Shopify.

New BetterDocs Integration
The new integration allows MyAlice to pull articles directly from your BetterDocs knowledge base and send them to your customers in their inbox when they search for a specific topic.
For now, the integration is only available for Facebook Messenger, but they plan to release the integration for other channels soon if the API allows it, e.g. for Instagram.
WhatsApp BSP Launch
The MyAlice team is currently working on automating the WhatsApp BSP connection flow so that you can register, connect your account, and create templates for messages directly from the MyAlice dashboard. If all goes according to plan, WhatsApp BSP will launch by 28th April.
What’s More?
They’ve already started working on mobile app notifications that will inform you about new tickets and messages, an option to duplicate channels, and revamping the inbox and web chat design to improve the user experience.
